These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SalesLens, including the SalesLens website, application, integrations, and related services.

By accessing or using SalesLens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.
1. The SalesLens Service
SalesLens is a software-as-a-service platform designed to help sales teams and sales professionals manage customer information, analyze sales activity, improve sales performance, and use AI-powered sales functionality.
The features available through SalesLens may change over time.
Certain SalesLens features require users to connect third-party services, including Google Calendar, Google Gmail, or Microsoft Outlook.
2. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain SalesLens features.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect any third-party account that you authorize for use with SalesLens.
3. Google Account, Google Calendar, and Gmail Integration
SalesLens provides optional integrations with Google accounts, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
These integrations use Google authentication and Google APIs.
You choose whether to connect your Google account to SalesLens. When you connect your account, Google presents you with an authorization and consent process describing the permissions requested by SalesLens.
SalesLens only accesses Google information covered by the permissions you authorize.

SalesLens currently requests the following Google OAuth scopes:

The Google Calendar scopes allow SalesLens to provide calendar functionality, including reading relevant meetings and, where authorized, creating, changing, or deleting calendar events.
The Gmail read-only permission allows SalesLens to access Gmail messages and settings covered by the authorization granted by the user.
The Gmail send permission allows SalesLens to send email on behalf of the authorized user when the user uses an applicable SalesLens email functionality.
Gmail access is optional and is only available when the user chooses to connect and authorize Gmail through Google's authorization process.
4. Microsoft Account, Outlook Calendar, and Outlook Email Integration
SalesLens also provides an optional integration with Microsoft accounts, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook email.
The integration uses Microsoft identity authentication and Microsoft Graph APIs.
You choose whether to connect your Microsoft account to SalesLens.
Microsoft permissions
SalesLens currently requests the following Microsoft Graph delegated permissions:

The Microsoft Calendar permissions allow SalesLens to provide calendar functionality, including reading relevant meetings and, where authorized, creating, changing, or deleting calendar events.
The Microsoft Mail.Read permission allows SalesLens to read email in the authenticated user's mailbox.
The Microsoft Mail.ReadWrite permission allows SalesLens to read, create, update, and delete email in the authenticated user's mailbox.
SalesLens may use Microsoft email information to identify relevant customer and prospect conversations, support sales intelligence and coaching, associate email information with customer or contact profiles, and provide applicable AI-powered sales functionality.
5. Use of Calendar and Email Information
When you authorize Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook email, SalesLens may access information covered by the permissions you have granted.
Calendar information may be used to:
- display relevant calendar and meeting information;
- identify relevant meetings;
- identify information associated with customers and contacts;
- associate relevant meeting information with customer or contact profiles;
- support sales intelligence;
- support sales coaching;
- support sales workflows;
- create calendar events where the applicable permission allows it;
- update calendar events where the applicable permission allows it;
- delete calendar events where the applicable permission allows it; and
- provide AI-powered SalesLens functionality.
Email information may be used to:
- identify relevant customer and prospect conversations;
- provide relevant email context within SalesLens;
- identify sales-related activity;
- associate relevant email information with customer or contact profiles;
- support sales intelligence;
- support sales coaching;
- support sales workflows;
- provide AI-powered analysis and summaries;
- assist with generating follow-up email content; and
- perform email actions permitted by the applicable authorization.
Microsoft Mail.ReadWrite may allow SalesLens to create, update, or delete email in the user's mailbox where the applicable SalesLens functionality performs such an action.
6. Customer and Contact Information
SalesLens may use relevant meeting, calendar, and email information to help identify customers, contacts, and sales-related activity.
Relevant information may be associated with customer or contact profiles within SalesLens.
This functionality helps SalesLens provide customer management, sales intelligence, sales coaching, workflow, and AI-powered features.
7. AI-Powered Features and OpenAI
SalesLens uses artificial intelligence as part of its platform.
Relevant information obtained through connected Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook email integrations may be processed by OpenAI in connection with AI-powered SalesLens functionality.
This may include relevant calendar information, meeting information, email information, and customer or contact information necessary to provide applicable SalesLens features.
By using applicable AI-powered features and authorizing the relevant integration, you acknowledge that relevant information may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
SalesLens uses connected Google and Microsoft data only for the user-facing functionality described in these Terms and the SalesLens Privacy Statement.
8. Data Storage and Third-Party Infrastructure
Information obtained through connected integrations may be stored by SalesLens.
SalesLens currently uses third-party technology providers including:
- Supabase — database and data storage services.
- Google Cloud — hosting and infrastructure.
- OpenAI — AI processing.
- GitHub — software development and code management.
Google and Microsoft provide the authentication and APIs used by their respective integrations.
9. Disconnecting Google or Microsoft
You may disconnect your Google or Microsoft account from SalesLens.
Disconnecting an integration ends the active authorization between SalesLens and the connected third-party service.
After disconnection, SalesLens will no longer access the connected service through that active authorization.
However, disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete information that SalesLens has already obtained and stored.
Previously stored information remains subject to SalesLens' applicable data retention and deletion policies.
You may contact SalesLens regarding applicable data deletion requests.
10. Third-Party Services
SalesLens relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality.
Your use of Google's services may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Your use of Microsoft's services may also be subject to Microsoft's applicable terms and policies.
SalesLens is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.
11. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- use SalesLens in accordance with applicable laws;
- provide accurate account information;
- protect your account credentials;
- only connect third-party accounts that you are authorized to use;
- review the permissions requested by Google or Microsoft before granting authorization; and
- use calendar, email, and customer information only for legitimate purposes.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SalesLens to:
- violate applicable law;
- access accounts or information without authorization;
- interfere with the operation of the Service;
- attempt to circumvent security controls;
- misuse third-party integrations;
- use the Service to infringe the rights of others;
- distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications through SalesLens; or
- use information obtained through integrations for purposes inconsistent with the permissions and disclosures provided to users.
13. Intellectual Property
SalesLens and its underlying software, design, branding, features, and content are owned by or licensed to Kingmaker Company Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SalesLens intellectual property to you.
14. Service Availability
SalesLens is provided on an ongoing basis but may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Disclaimers
SalesLens is provided for business and productivity purposes.
AI-generated information, email content, sales insights, and other AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete. You remain responsible for reviewing information and making your own business decisions.
You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated email content and actions before they are performed through your connected account where SalesLens provides an applicable review or confirmation step.
SalesLens does not guarantee that any particular sales result, customer outcome, email response, or business result will be achieved.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingmaker Company Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SalesLens.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Termination
You may stop using SalesLens at any time.
SalesLens may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or creates a security or legal risk.
Termination of access does not automatically delete information previously stored by SalesLens.
19. Changes to the Service
SalesLens may modify or discontinue features from time to time.
Where a third-party integration changes its API, permissions, policies, or availability, the corresponding SalesLens functionality may also change.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

The "Last updated" date indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kingmaker Company Limited in Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to you under applicable law.
