SalesLens is a SaaS platform providing sales intelligence, sales coaching, customer management, workflow, and AI-powered sales functionality.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use SalesLens, we may collect:
- account and contact information;
- name and email address;
- information you provide when using SalesLens;
- customer and contact information entered into SalesLens;
- sales and meeting information;
- information obtained through authorized Google integrations;
- information obtained through authorized Microsoft integrations;
- calendar and meeting information;
- Gmail messages and related information covered by the Gmail permissions you authorize;
- Microsoft Outlook email messages and related information covered by the Microsoft permissions you authorize;
- authentication and authorization information;
- technical and usage information necessary to operate the Service.
We only request access to third-party information when it is required for functionality provided by SalesLens.
2. Google Account, Google Calendar, and Gmail Data
SalesLens provides optional integrations with Google accounts, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
When you connect Google to SalesLens, you authorize SalesLens to access information according to the Google OAuth scopes presented during Google's authorization process.
SalesLens currently requests:

The Google Calendar scopes allow SalesLens to provide calendar functionality, including reading relevant meetings and, where authorized, creating, changing, or deleting calendar events.
The Gmail read-only permission allows SalesLens to access Gmail messages and settings covered by the authorization granted by the user.
The Gmail send permission allows SalesLens to send email on behalf of the authorized user when the user uses an applicable SalesLens email functionality.
3. Gmail Data and How We Use It
When Gmail access is authorized, SalesLens may process relevant Gmail information to provide sales-related functionality.
Gmail information may be used to:
- identify relevant customer and prospect conversations;
- provide relevant email context within SalesLens;
- identify sales-related activity;
- associate relevant email information with customer or contact profiles;
- support sales intelligence;
- support sales coaching;
- support sales workflows;
- provide AI-powered analysis and summaries;
- assist with generating follow-up email content; and
- send email through the user's connected Gmail account when the user uses an applicable SalesLens sending functionality.
SalesLens uses Gmail information only to provide or improve the user-facing SalesLens functionality described in this Privacy Statement.
SalesLens does not use Gmail data for advertising.
SalesLens does not sell Gmail data.
SalesLens does not use Gmail data for unrelated purposes.
SalesLens does not use Gmail data to train generalized or public AI models.
Where Gmail information is processed by a third-party service provider such as OpenAI, the transfer is made only as necessary to provide the applicable SalesLens functionality described to the user.
4. Google Account and Gmail Authorization
Gmail access is optional.
You choose whether to connect your Google account and authorize Gmail access through Google's authorization process.
Google's authorization screen identifies the permissions requested by SalesLens.
You may decline the authorization request.
You may also revoke SalesLens' access through your Google account settings.
Revoking access prevents SalesLens from continuing to access Gmail through that authorization.
Revoking Google access does not automatically delete information that SalesLens previously obtained and stored.
Previously stored information remains subject to the applicable SalesLens data retention and deletion practices described in this Privacy Statement.
5. Microsoft Account, Outlook Calendar, and Outlook Email Data
SalesLens provides an optional integration with Microsoft accounts, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook email.
When you connect Microsoft to SalesLens, you authorize SalesLens to access information according to the Microsoft permissions presented during Microsoft's authorization process.
SalesLens currently requests the following Microsoft Graph delegated permissions:

Microsoft's Mail.Read permission allows SalesLens to read the authenticated user's mailbox.
Microsoft's Mail.ReadWrite permission allows SalesLens to read, create, update, and delete email in the authenticated user's mailbox.
SalesLens may process Microsoft email information to identify relevant customer and prospect conversations, provide relevant email context, support sales intelligence and coaching, associate email information with customer or contact profiles, and provide applicable AI-powered SalesLens functionality.
6. How We Use Calendar Information
When you authorize Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar, SalesLens may use calendar information to:
- display relevant meetings;
- identify relevant meetings;
- identify relevant customer or contact information;
- associate meeting information with customer or contact profiles;
- support sales intelligence;
- support sales coaching;
- support sales workflows;
- create calendar events;
- update calendar events;
- delete calendar events where authorized; and
- provide AI-powered SalesLens functionality.
Calendar actions are performed only through the permissions authorized by the user.
7. How We Use Microsoft Email Information
When Microsoft email access is authorized, SalesLens may use Microsoft Outlook email information to:
- identify relevant customer and prospect conversations;
- provide relevant email context within SalesLens;
- identify sales-related activity;
- associate relevant email information with customer or contact profiles;
- support sales intelligence;
- support sales coaching;
- support sales workflows;
- provide AI-powered analysis and summaries;
- assist with generating follow-up email content; and
- perform email actions permitted by the applicable authorization.
Microsoft Mail.ReadWrite may allow SalesLens to create, update, or delete email in the user's mailbox where the applicable SalesLens functionality performs such an action.
8. Customer and Contact Profiles
SalesLens may use relevant meeting, calendar, and email information to help identify customers, contacts, and sales-related activity.
Relevant information may be associated with customer or contact profiles within SalesLens.
This allows SalesLens to provide features such as customer management, sales intelligence, sales coaching, workflow functionality, and AI-powered functionality.
9. AI Processing and OpenAI
SalesLens uses artificial intelligence as part of its platform.
Relevant information obtained through connected Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook email integrations may be sent to OpenAI for processing in connection with AI-powered SalesLens functionality.
This may include relevant calendar information, meeting information, email information, and customer or contact information necessary to provide applicable SalesLens features.
OpenAI therefore acts as a third-party service provider involved in processing information used to provide certain SalesLens AI features.
We do not represent that information sent for processing is anonymous.
Google user data is not used by SalesLens for generalized AI model training.
10. How We Share Information
SalesLens does not sell Google user data or Microsoft user data.
Information obtained through Google or Microsoft integrations may be shared with service providers where necessary to provide the functionality described in this Privacy Statement.
For example:
Provides Google authentication, Google Calendar APIs, and Gmail APIs.
Microsoft
Provides Microsoft authentication and Microsoft Graph APIs for Outlook Calendar and Outlook email.
Supabase
Provides database and data storage infrastructure.
Google Cloud
Provides hosting and infrastructure.
OpenAI
Processes relevant information for AI-powered SalesLens functionality.
GitHub
Supports software development and code management.
We do not use Google or Microsoft calendar or email data for advertising.
We do not sell Google or Microsoft calendar or email data to advertisers, data brokers, or other data resellers.
11. Google API Services User Data
SalesLens' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing SalesLens functionality described in this Privacy Statement.
Google user data is not sold.
Google user data is not used for advertising.
Google user data is not used for unrelated purposes.
Google user data is not used for generalized AI model training.
Where Google data is transferred to a third-party service provider such as OpenAI, that transfer is made in connection with providing the relevant SalesLens functionality described to the user.
SalesLens limits access to Google user data to the purposes described in this Privacy Statement and applicable user authorization.
12. Data Storage
Information processed by SalesLens may be stored on infrastructure provided by third-party service providers.
SalesLens currently uses:
- Supabase

AI processing.
Information may include information obtained through authorized Google and Microsoft integrations.
13. Data Retention
SalesLens retains information obtained through connected Google, Gmail, Microsoft Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook email integrations.
We do not state a single fixed retention period for all information because retention can depend on the SalesLens account, feature, type of information, and applicable data lifecycle.
Disconnecting Google or Microsoft does not automatically delete information that SalesLens has already obtained and stored.
Previously stored information remains subject to the applicable SalesLens data retention and deletion practices.
14. Disconnecting Google or Microsoft
You can disconnect your Google or Microsoft account from SalesLens.
When you disconnect an integration, the active authorization allowing SalesLens to access the connected service is ended.
SalesLens will not continue accessing the connected service through that active authorization.
However, disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete information that SalesLens previously obtained and stored.

15. Data Deletion Requests
You may contact SalesLens to request deletion of personal information or other information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, and legitimate business requirements.

16. Security
SalesLens takes reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through its platform against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
We also rely on third-party infrastructure providers to operate portions of the SalesLens service.
17. Your Choices
You can:
- choose whether to connect Google to SalesLens;
- choose whether to authorize Gmail access;
- choose whether to connect Microsoft to SalesLens;
- choose whether to authorize Microsoft Outlook email access;
- decline an authorization request;
- revoke Google access;
- disconnect Google;
- disconnect Microsoft;
- request deletion of applicable stored information; and
- contact SalesLens regarding questions about data processing.
18. Third-Party Services
SalesLens integrates with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Supabase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, and GitHub.
Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, and data handling practices.
This Privacy Statement describes how SalesLens uses those services as part of the SalesLens platform.
19. Children's Privacy
SalesLens is intended for business and professional use and is not directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
20. Changes to This Privacy Statement
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time to reflect changes to SalesLens, our integrations, our data practices, or applicable requirements.
